GetGenome is excited to announce #GGFungi2026 Call for Projects - an open call for non-pathogenic fungi sequencing. Eligible researchers must be based in a research institute or university within a global south country and actively working with non-pathogenic fungi as part of their research.

Please refer to the list of non-approved fungal strains before submitting an application. Note, that if your application is successful, we will require molecular characterisation of your strain and the provision of 60mg wet weight biomass, verified as pure culture with minimal residual liquid.
